• This talk will first review general requirements of any voting system.
• It will consider specific scenarios wherein the requirements may not be met.
• It may introduce terms useful for discussing issues, and a
• survey of cryptographic technology.
• It will then consider special requirements of an electronic voting system.
• It will then describe a system developed at VoteHere, Inc. (where the speaker was a participant) and show how it meets most of these requirements.
• It will close with a listing and discussion of concerns,

• It will reiterate an emphatic rejection of any paper form of ballots.
